This isn't an outline. Is this meant to be your thesis? The thesis should be on the discussion board and the outline, explaining the key points you are covering in your paper, here.
I agree it should be a choice if you have something terminal. (Opinion please don't be offended.) I also believe if you are dieing in general, for example you are 92 years old, bed bound, on hospice, and just really can't do anything for yourself, it should be your choice to live or die with dignity.
I am interested in seeing what your points are, as well as your opposing points. This seems like a tough subject!
